Where are you located and do you ship parts?+
We're based in Apple Valley, CA in the High Desert (San Bernardino County). We offer free pickup, free local delivery within Apple Valley, Victorville, and Hesperia on orders over $50, and ship machined parts anywhere in the US.
What's your work envelope?+
Our CNC machine handles parts up to 15.7 × 15.7 × 4.33 in (400 × 400 × 110 mm). For parts larger than that, we can often section the job or refer you to a shop with a bigger bed.
What tolerances can you hold?+
Standard tolerance is ± 0.05 mm. Critical features requiring tighter tolerance should be called out on your drawing and we'll confirm feasibility before cutting.
What materials do you machine?+
Aluminum 6061 and 7075, mild steel, stainless 304/316, brass, copper, Delrin (POM), PEEK, HDPE, Nylon, PTFE, and G-10. We can source stock or you can supply your own material.
What's the typical lead time for CNC parts?+
Most jobs ship in 3–10 business days depending on complexity and current queue. Rush jobs are available — ask when you submit your quote.
Do you offer finishing services?+
Yes — light deburring and surface finishing are included. For anodizing, powder coat, or plating we work with trusted local vendors and can coordinate that into your quote.
Can you work from a sketch or just a description?+
Yes. Send a sketch, reference photo, or written description and we'll model it in CAD before cutting. We provide DFM feedback at no charge before any chips fly.
