WHY TEAMS PICK US
Everything Protolabs and Xometry can't offer.
The big bureaus are built for volume. We are built for the engineer who needs one part fast, needs to talk to someone, and needs the price to make sense.
MOQ = 1
No 25-piece minimums, no setup fees. Order one part, one prototype, one test fixture.
Same-day quote
Submit a file and hear back in hours, not three business days.
Direct engineer contact
You talk to the person who prints your part — not a sales rep, not a ticketing system.
NDA-ready
Files deleted within 30 days. We sign NDAs before touching pre-launch or patent-pending work.
NET 30 available
For established business accounts. Ask us — most online bureaus won't entertain it.

CASE STUDY — PROTOTYPE TO INJECTION MOLD
100+ iterated parts. One production-ready design.
We partnered with Deuce Splitter to develop the Deuce Splitter 2.0 bucket and six modular attachments. Over the course of the project we prototyped over 100 distinct part revisions — all validated in FDM before a single dollar went into injection-mold tooling.
Every iteration refined wall thickness, draft angles, snap-fit geometry, and attachment-point tolerances. The result: a design that went to tooling with confidence. Patent pending.

HOW IT WORKS
From file to door in four steps.
01
Send your file
STL, STEP, OBJ, or even a sketch. If you don't have a CAD file yet, we can create one.
02
Quote in hours
We review for printability, suggest material and orientation, and return a price the same day.
03
Print & inspect
Parts are printed, inspected against your drawing, and photographed before they ship.
04
Ship in 4 hrs – 6 days
Local pickup available same day. Standard USPS/UPS shipping across the US.
MATERIALS
Six materials. One right choice for your part.
PLA Plus
Concept models, non-structural parts, short-run display pieces. Best surface finish.
PETG
Parts that need light chemical resistance or will live outdoors. Our gem-holder line is PETG.
ABS / ASA
UV-stable outdoor parts or anything that needs acetone smoothing or vapor polishing.
Nylon / Nylon CF
Load-bearing fixtures, living hinges, and parts that need fatigue resistance.
TPU
Flexible seals, gaskets, grip surfaces, and snap-fit covers.
Polycarbonate
High-heat or high-impact applications. Electronics enclosures and under-hood parts.

FAQ
Common questions.
What is the minimum order quantity for prototyping?
One part. There is no minimum order quantity. We print single prototypes as readily as production runs.
How fast can I get a quote?
Submit your file and we typically respond within a few hours on business days. For urgent projects, call or email us directly.
How many iterations can I run?
As many as you need. Iteration is what 3D printing is for. We worked on one project that ran over 100 distinct part revisions before moving to injection molding.
What tolerances can you hold?
Typical FDM tolerance is ±0.20 mm on well-oriented features. Tighter fits are achievable with post-processing. Share your drawing and we will advise.
Is my design kept confidential?
Yes. All files are deleted within 30 days and we are NDA-ready for any project that requires it.
Can you help me bridge from prototype to injection mold?
Yes — our Deuce Splitter case study is a real example. We iterated 100+ parts in FDM before the design locked for tooling. We advise on draft angles, wall thickness, and features that affect moldability.
