Bigger requests, like a custom header with a 3D animation, usually take 1–6 days depending on your plan.
What does "pages per month" mean?
There's no limit on how big your site gets — ever. Your site is live within 24 hours either way; the plan just sets how fast it grows after that. Starter adds up to 6 new pages a month, Growth 12, and Commercial 40.
Is the AI assistant really free?
Yes. Every plan includes it and we pay the usage costs ourselves. If your site ever becomes an unusually heavy user we'll talk about a fair split first — most businesses never get close.
Do I own my website?
Yes — your domain, your email, and the codebase are yours from day one, and they stay yours even if you switch to a one-time purchase or another developer.
What happens if I cancel?
Your site keeps working and everything stays in your name. We hand you the full codebase and walk you through running it in a one-hour training session (billed as one consulting hour). No penalties, no contracts.
